We have never skated in this city. So we discussed about skating in Tokyo. How to organize skaters ? Should we contact Police Office to get permissions to skate on the road. Mey be some policemen stop to skate, but another mey say 'No Problem'. We could not decide.
OK, Try to skate. We started to Tokyo City Run Project. But I was in busy and lazy.

It started from Ueno Station. Ueno, Kanda, Nihonbashi, Ginza, Hibiya, the Capital, Yotsuya, Shinjyuku - at the front of Alta Building - Nishi-Shinjyuku, Meiji Street, and Shibuya -- front of Hachiko-Royal-Dog.
Uho? Have you seen 4 skaters skating at GInza 4-chome Crossing Point at 9 Aug. 1999 ? You saw us, Tim, Aki, Sato and me.

Front Head Light

As same as cyclist, we need front head light. We need to appeal not only back side. I felt afraid to open driver's side.

It is nice goods to skate in the night. Fluorescence bar.

Reflector

We must appeal to we are here. It is more better to flash itself by buttery.
I'm asking for Christmas Tree Light using buttery.

Constructor's Red Sign

If there is more skaters, some guys must have constructor's Red Sigh.

Helmet

He told me that 'You MUST prepare your helmet'. It is not so expensive, but it is very expensive to keep alive.

Full Protector

I can't stand up without list protectors. Every skaters must wear their protectors.

Blake Kit

It is important to stop rapidly and easy. Blake kit is noisy to use. and the passengers he the noise and watch out what is coming.
I'm always prepare ring ring when skate in town or river side walk to let walkers and dogs to appeal me.

It is only first step for us. We know some difference between NY and Tokyo. They across the street while red signal, but Tokyo people never cross the street.

It is not popular transportation in Tokyo. It will become popular, and we will know how to skate in town.
